Outdoor Group Fitness Bootcamp

Where: Mill Creek Track and Field (exact location TBA), Mill Creek
Join us for a complete fitness bootcamp-style workout while enjoying a beautiful outdoors track and field environment with master fitness instructor, Ana Burns. We will do push ups, stairs, tiers, bands, kettlebells and track. We will improve agility, flexibility, muscle tone and sculpting right in time for summer. We plan to repeat the class throughout the summer for routine exercising and body toning and sculpting. All levels welcome. We are looking forward to enjoy our instructor's encouragement, cheering, patience and expert advice very soon!
