Konnectclub in collaboration with Cafe Turko is delighted to invite you to attend a 3-Course Gourmet (vegetarian/vegan) Dinner prepared lovingly for us. Most dishes are gluten free. We will enjoy the Turkish cuisine featuring a long tradition in vegetarian/vegan cooking. FIRST COURSE: Four Flavors Hummus Platter OR Turko Salad (greens topped with eggplant, cauliflower, carrots, pickles, garbanzo beans, walnuts, dash of hot sauce) OR 'Muhammara' salad (pepper paste, walnuts, roasted peppers, spices, herbs, olive oil); SECOND COURSE CHOICE: 'Ali Nazik' (potpourri of spicy aromatic baked vegetables); OR 'Beyti' with Califlower wrapped in crispy Lavash Bread with yogurt sauce OR Turkish Pizza called 'Pide' THIRD COURSE; Turko Dessert Platter (baklava, kataif, bird's nest/gluten free available). Included in price 1 Turkish tea or coffee. We will sit around common tables. See you soon!
