Konnectclub in collaboration with the premier vegetarian restaurant in Seattle, Café Flora, is excited to invite you to a 2-Course Gourmet Vegetarian Dinner prepared with care from fresh local ingredients. Gluten free/ vegan dishes available. FIRST COURSE: 1. Yam French Fries (hand cut yams served with cayenne aioli) OR 2. Caesar Salad (fresh romaine lettuce tossed in house made Caesar dressing with croutons, crispy capers and Parmesan cheese) OR 3. Chef's Daily Soup; SECOND COURSE: 1. Oaxaca Tacos (corn tortillas filled with cheesy potatoes with crème fraiche, cotija cheese, pepper relish + black bean stew, braised greens, roasted tomato salsa) OR 2. Butternut Polenta (polenta cakes, butternut squash, kale, king oyster mushrooms, fresh chevre, pomegranate molasses, fig-balsamic reduction, pistachio pistou, & blood oranges) OR 3. Portabello Wellington (grilled Portabello mushroom, leeks, pecan pâté in puff pastry, Madeira wine sauce, seasonal farmers market vegetables). See you there!
