Artisan Cheesemaking 101

You are invited to a fresh cheese making class and dinner with professional chef Nick Furrow. This is a hands-on class where you will learn how to make four types of quick, spreadable, and semi-firm farmer's cheeses. Afterward, enjoy a freshly prepared meal which will include the cheeses made in class, together with hot and cold dishes from local produce. Nick is a personal chef and creative events producer. He has cooked all over the world, including Milan, Bologna, New York, and Helsinki before coming to Seattle. His events focus not only on quality ingredients, cooking technique and flavor, but on hospitality and ambience.
