Have you heard about superfoods and want to incorporate more into your diet, but are not sure how it would taste? Would you like to learn how to be more mindful while eating with intention? Come celebrate spring with our superfoods menu replete with tasty courses that incorporate superfoods in every dish. Along with your meal, food blogger and professional allergy advocate Imei Hsu, RN, will share thoughts and tips about learning mindfulness and eating with intention to maximize health. The menu will include superfoods such as sweet potato, black beans, mushrooms, lentils, salmon, beets, cruciferous vegetables, kimchee, black sorghum, sumac, cacao, and berries.
