At the Middle Eastern Feast we’ll visit my kasbah for a Moroccan delight. Cornish game hens are cooked in rich Moroccan spices, full of exotic flavors that throng the senses. Served on a bed of golden raisin masala couscous. I’ll show you just how simple it is to make an authentic Middle Eastern Hummus, creamy chickpea dip laced with garlic and cumin. We’ll visit the land of the pyramids and eat Egyptian Molokhia, a popular Middle Eastern dish. Molokhia is a green leafy vegetable known as ” jute leaves.” It’s used in a variety of Egyptian dishes and beloved by the Pharaohs in ancient days as a healthy soup.
