The market for gluten-free products is exploding, but do you know which flours to use as to not risk missing out on nutrients like B, calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium and the all important fiber. We will discuss various blends and their uses. We’ll be preparing homemade gluten free pasta served with my delicious spaghetti sauce, a loaf of gluten free focaccia bread and for dessert strawberry shortcake made with almond flour and coconut whipped creams. Gluten Free can be intimidating, but once you learn a few tricks of the trade you’ll see how easy and delicious it can be!
