This protein packed meal, full of flavor and unusually colorful vegetables will wow you. We’ll start with a carrot-turmeric hummus, beet hummus, and pita, served with a Greek zucchini cheese patties traditionally used in meze as an entree, topped with a caper potato-garlic dip and a fresh oregano salad made across the Middle East believed to strengthen the memory, the tender leaves with tomatoes and onions make for an flavorful salad. For dessert, we’ll make almond stuffed dates rolled in coconut accompanied with a decaf. espresso macchiato.
