An Indian proverb that is true today, "A simple meal at home is better than an elaborate one while away.” We'll make Butter Chicken which epitomizes a simple meal invented at a restaurant in Delhi in the 1950’s, a spinach Naan, and paneer cheese in a Spinach Puree and for dessert a sweet and savory Lassis a creamy drink made with yogurt.
