Holiday Entree Made Easy

Join me for a classic Holiday meal as we cook and eat together. Tonight's dinner will be a Normandy style thick cut pork rib chop in a rich apple, calvados sauce, served with garlic mashed potatoes, honey glazed roasted root vegetables, a spinach blue cheese salad topped with crispy onion, and candied nuts, ending with tiramisu cups and espresso. This entree can be done with a pork loin roast for a larger party, but tonight's dinner will be rib chops for demonstration.
