Hungarian Traditional Holiday Fare

For this class, I will teach you our family recipe for stuffed cabbage in a rich paprika sauce, a cheesy cottage cheese with smokey bacon and egg noodle, and a zesty cucumber salad with sour cream. For dessert, we will make our grandma’s Kolach, a poppy seed and apricot filled roll that is baked for a sweet delight. These dishes are a tradition in our family and I am pleased to share them with you.
