"A simple meal at home is better than an elaborate one while away.” We will make authentic Butter Chicken which epitomizes a simple meal that is widely popular. We'll spice it up with Indian Spinach Bread (Palak roti) in my cast iron skillet and a Spinach Puree called Sag with Paneer cheese. What would a Indian dinner be without chai tea to warm you up and bring the dinner to a close.
