The Art of Danish Pastries

A Danish pastry is a multilayered, laminated sweet pastry. The concept was brought to Denmark by Austrian bakers and has since developed into a Danish specialty. We will create a variety of danish shape and sizes, with creamy fillings, fruit as well as an almond with creamy ricotta. You will be pleasantly surprised by how easy they are to make and how delicious they are to eat!
