The Modern Ravioli Cooking Class

Traditionally, ravioli are made at home. The filling varies according to the area where they are prepared. We will do just that, but will also give it a flare for those modern foodies. Ravioli filled with ricotta in a spicy tomato sauce, asian style pot sticker filling served with a hoisin dipping sauce, a Spanish style spinach with smoky paprika in a creamy sausage sauce.
