3 Day Kid's Cooking Camp for ages 13-16

Where: 423 Ave D, Snohomish
We’ll head south for some down home vittles. The first day we will make some fried chicken nuggets my grandma would make and creamed corn, not canned but fresh. The second day we will learn the technique to buttermilk biscuits layered and butter texture and make some southern cornbread muffins with a fiery twist of jalapeño. And finally the third day we will make a peach cobbler to die for, you’ll beg your children to make this for you. This camp includes breading for a crisp coating, measuring, meal planning, food creation, quick bread making skills. Each class will come with recipes to take home, and eating of their food creation. Class is limited to 10 students. Hours are 11am - 1pm, Tuesday July 17- Thursday July 19.
