The Holiday rush has started and time is a valuable commodity. Hectic evenings require quick meals and clean up. I will share with you some of my valuable techniques to homemade meals that even the kids asks for more. We will prepare a pan seared rib chop topped with a pork belly and seared apples, a lemony chicken Piccata and a simple protein packed pork fried rice with veggies, your own takeout.
