Homemade Gnocchi Cooking Class

The best potato gnocchi can be light and delicate. A platter of petite, potato pillows coated with glistening flecks of basil pesto that Francesca’s nuns made before mass. We will make these delicious pillows with a homemade pesto, a festive sage butter and a prosciutto and cream sauce that would make even a poise nun blush. Dinner will be served with a fresh salad and my favorite no-knead artisan bread.
