The humble crêpe can be found all over Europe. However the French elevated to art of the crêpe with their savory and sweet varieties. On the menu will be a French grapiaux, a savory buckwheat crêpe found in Burgundy, it will be wrapped with ham, cheese and topped with an egg. A citrus Hungarian Palacsinta, fresh lemon custard and thin sweet crepes; a gluten free socca made with chickpea flour topped with a delicious salad.
