Konnectclub in collaboration with Hugo's Organic Restaurant is delighted to invite you to attend a 3-Course Gourmet organic/vegetarian/vegan Dinner! All dishes are gluten free! This dinner, prepared lovingly for us, features: 1. APPETIZER: Vegan Spring Roll OR Apple Bruschetta; 2. ENTREE: Vegan Eggplant Parmesan (breaded eggplant baked in hearty marinara and placed on top of zucchini noodles tossed in vegan alfredo sauce) OR Vegan Portobella Mushroom (a colorful arrangement of seasonal vegetables topped with Portobella mushroom sautéed in olive oil and garlic) OR Vegetable 'Pasta' (assortment of fresh veggies, fresh herbs sauteed in olive oil); 3. DESSERT: Vegan Raw Pomegranate 'Cheesecake' OR Vegan Raw Cacao & Avocado Mousse OR Vegan Banana Cake. Gluten free beer and ciders available, not included in the ticket price. Hugo's restaurant is a stylish, attentively decorated restaurant housed in a beautifully re-purposed mansion. We will sit at common tables. See you there!
