The Roman Meal

The best Roman food tastes like what it is. Eloquence and simplicity of the Roman meal rewards those who get to know it. We will prepare Pasta Al Forno a baked forfalle which we will make by hand, with mushrooms, prosciutto and peas, an Insalata Rossa, “Red Salad” of tomatoes, carrots and red onions. And end the meal with our homemade ricotta mousse served with fresh strawberries and a decaf. espresso like the Romans.
