As you may have heard, I was recently diagnosed with cancer and have started treatment. I've already had to cancel my upcoming tours and indeed my life from here will be based around the schedule of a potentially lifelong treatment regimen. For the moment, I am paying the expenses out of pocket. So, I'm doing what I can to raise funds - plus, this will be my last opportunity to perform before I have to spend two months undergoing radiation treatment. I feel healthy for the moment, and the last shows in Europe I did this fall were great - I was singing and playing as well as I ever have. While I don't consider this show a last hurrah, it's the last show before I embark on a journey into the unknown. I'd love to play some new songs for you, some old ones, and just generally play for the joy of it, while trying to raise what I can to fund my treatment and cover me while I'm not working for at least 2 months. Come on down! This will be live from my Seattle-area studio.
