Named after one of mythology’s most misunderstood figures, the Medusa Quartet channels the power of transformation, reclaiming what was once feared and turning it into something fiercely magical. Marta Solek – Suka, Plock Fiddle, Cello; Lea Kirstein – Violin, Viola, Cello; Georgia Hathaway – Violin, Vocals; and for this tour only Alyssa Rodriguez, aka The Fiddle Witch - nyckelharpa, fiddle - will be substituting for Saskia Tomkins. The Medusa Quartet is a genre-defying chamber-folk quartet that fuses centuries-old string traditions with contemporary storytelling and original compositions.
