A celebratory album release for The Morning Dark! As a fiddler, composer, singer, songwriter, visual artist, and community builder Hayden Stern has burst onto Seattle’s roots music and dance communities in recent years and become an indispensable force for good. For this concert, Hayden will be joined by powerhouse musicians Ryan McKasson (fiddle, viola), and Ezra Jane Landsman (guitar) playing a mix of traditional repertoire and original compositions from Hayden’s upcoming album, The Morning Dark. Wonderful fiddler and piper Vienna Scheyer will play an opening set.
